The Buff Orpington is named after the English town in which they were developed. They are one of the best breeds for new chicken owners, as they have a calm and friendly attitude. These large birds have fluffy feathers and can do well in both warm and cold weather.

- All Chicks have been vaccinated for Marek’s disease.
- Chicks are approximately 2-5 days old when they arrive to us.
- Please consider when ordering that there is not an absolute guarantee that the chick will be the desired sex. (No refunds will be made in this situation)
- There is a 90% accuracy as to the sex of the chicks.
- Unfortunately, sometimes, hatchery failure occurs. Please take note that we will try our best to fulfill your orders, but substitutions may happen.
- In this case, we will offer a substitution or refund your order. Minimum quantities must still be met in these scenarios.
- All advanced orders must be made in full at the time of pre-order.
- All Chick sales are final.
- Pickup will begin on 03/14/2025 but may be subject to change based on hatching and weather conditions.
