This 12 inch portable propane outdoor cooker has a high pressure 38,000 BTU cast burner and includes a large 29 quart aluminum turkey pot with lid, turkey rack and lifting hook. Package includes a deep fry thermometer to monitor the temperature of the oil and adjust the flame with the adjustable regulator and battery operated timer. Batteries & propane not included.
Caution: Only use fryer outdoors. Make sure turkey is completely thawed before frying.
